Frequently Asked Questions
Are you accepting new patients?
I have openings for new clients starting in September. You can schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation here.
What are your business hours and methods of meeting?
I see clients on Tuesdays through Fridays, typically between 9:00am – 5pm. Currently I am offering both virtual telehealth and in-person therapy sessions at my Mission Hills office.
Due to licensing regulations, virtual sessions are only available to clients who are physically located in California. Teletherapy has shown to be a highly impactful and convenient way to receive psychotherapy.
Do I have to be “spiritual” to work with you?
Spirituality means different things to different people. For some, being spiritual means connecting with nature, believing in the universe or working with their inner child or their highest/most authentic self. For others, spirituality means a belief in a deity or specific religious teachings.
I do not define for my clients what it means to be spiritual nor do I impose my ideas of spirituality onto others. I am also understanding that many people have experienced spiritual/religious trauma and they are needing a place to explore a safe, more preferred relationship with spirituality.
